Today we are so excited to bring you our latest specialty croissant...the Oreo® Croissant! We added America's favorite cookie to our croissant dough, added a layer of our chocolate dough, and then filled it with an Oreo® mascarpone cream. This will be a Sundays only croissant. We know you will enjoy it as much as we enjoyed creating it.
As the temperature drops, we all want some cozy foods to warm us up. Our newest Danish includes a mixture of four different apples from Wild's Apple Farm in Zionsville with our house-made caramel. Have it warmed up and you'll love it even more
Our latest seasonal specialty croissant will absolutely blow your mind. Think of strawberry shortcake but elevated to an unbelievable level. Fresh strawberries, housemade mascarpone cream, and strawberry glaze on our traditional butter croissant. This one will be on Sundays only whole strawberries are in season.
You asked and we responded! We recently purchased a new bread slicer for the bakery and it arrived today. We are happy to slice any of our breads at your request.
Having a bread slicer also means we will soon be able to offer toast options for breakfast and sandwich options for lunch. Stay tuned....

it seems natural that you should be able to get a petit gâteau at Le Petit Gâteau. For those who don’t know, our name means The Small Cake in French. It’s a category of desserts that combine different flavors and textures to give you a wonderful dessert experience. This is our first one you’ll find in our bakery case. A lemon and almond sponge cake, lemon cream, raspberry mousse, and raspberry gelée. Such a beautiful and delicious dessert that is also naturally gluten free.
Chef Chris is incredibly excited to announce the addition of bagels to our bakery menu. This is a recipe that we developed in house so you will not find these bagels anywhere else. These bagels take two and a half days to make and are boiled and baked to perfection. We are starting off with Plain and Everything bagels with four different options of cream cheeses that we make in house. Available to purchase as single bagels toasted with cream cheese or in a five-pack.

We are so excited to be offering French baguettes! This has been the number one requested item to be added to bakery menu. We tested several recipes and eventually made a small modification to one that we think makes the perfect baguette. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Stop by the bakery and enjoy our new creation.
